Eyelid Surgery
Blepharoplasty is a type of eyelid surgery that removes excess skin around the eye that is causing droopy eyelids, puffy eyes, undereye bags, and wrinkles around the eyes. As you age your skin naturally stretches and muscles weakens causing unwanted and unsightly sagging. Eyelid surgery is not strictly cosmetic as it can impair your ability to see out of your eyes, this is called functional eyelid surgery and it can be covered by your insurance. You can have upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, or both depending on your specific case.
